I've been to alot of Coldstone's. This one in particular had great service, cheerful employees and catered happily to my peculiar requests. They even sang a song. Most don't sing anymore after you leave a tip. I rather like it.

Vernal's Cold Stone always hits the spot. The staff is friendly and industrious, warm and welcoming from the time you arrive until your departure. Highly recommended! The ice cream is top notch.

I’ve been to tons of Cold Stones but none with this amazing service! The staff was friendly and helpful! They had the biggest smiling faces. They even sang an ice cream song to the “Be our Guest” tune. It was definitely the Chick-fil-a of Vernal.

Staff was great!! Made my ice cream exactly how I like it, cold! Kennedy made me an ice cream combination that was to die for! Pistachio ice cream, marshmallows, and chocolate shavings. She was very friendly as was all staff. Management could be changed though, I have seen and heard many bad things about how the business is run. Overall great establishment, but how it is run...might not be there much longer.

Top notch ice cream! I am not a coffee lover, but I tried the Coffee Lover with sweet cream instead of coffee base. It was amazing! Toffee, roasted almonds and caramel. Crunchy, creamy, buttery. I think I found my new favorite! Cold Stone in Vernal is always excellent. Great quality ice cream, fun atmosphere and great customer service combine to win my regular return visits.

Love going to get ice cream with my husband it's always so yummy and the toppings are so fresh. We enjoy hearing the girls sing when they get a tip. We always get our doggies a yogurt covered bone when we go. Just wish they had more seating for families because it's always busy in the evenings. Love getting the ice creams cakes for special occasions

I hadn't been to Cold Stone in a long time, but was craving some ice cream while in Vernal, and this seemed to be about the only place selling it. Not surprisingly, there was a long time, but it moved quickly. I was really happy with the portions at this location and the price was fair as well.

The manager of this place did a FANTASTIC job with my son's class field trip to their store! She was super energetic, friendly and ran that store like a boss in the process! We love Cold Stone now! Delicious ice cream! And a discount when it's snowing :)

this is a perfectly honest review by me. Me and my family used to get ice cream here sometimes but tonight, it was perfect. I have gotten a create your own with the size being love it, and I gotten classic cookie dough ice cream with the butterfinger topping and it tasted so good to the point where I started liking it. To Kylie (the worker at this cold stone and my closest friend) thank you for making the ice cream tonight it was such good ice cream tonight. for this cold stone creamery here in vernal, y'all get a 10/10 for the ice cream, and the customer service :)
